Working with Todd was wonderful! I had been looking at houses for several months prior to working with Todd. He made the process less stressful and more straightforward. He was patient in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. When I found the house of my dreams he went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best offer. In a market where things sell in a day for well above asking, he helped craft the perfect offer and I got the house I'd been waiting for! I would highly recommend Todd and the team at Berrien/Fausts!
