Todd Belrose

This was my first purchase and Todd and Gianna were there to walk me thru every step and offer encouragement and advice when I needed it. He helped get financing, has great insurance , inspection and construction contacts. He is very knowledgeable in construction.Todd went out of his way to get documents to me , bringing them to me when I couldn't get away from work. The only snag in the whole process was the listing agent for the seller was a complete ghost and amateur .There are ALOT of people out there in S Fl that say they are professionals and aren't, beware of those. Todd and Gianna are TRUE professionals in every sense of the word. I only wish he would have gotten the whole commission as he earned it. Looking forward to working with them on some investment properties in the future. Captain James McCubbin
