We listed our home with Deena and Todd, in May 2025. We met with several realtors and determined that they offered similar services for a reduced commission rate. Todd and Deena had a great team that assisted with this process as well. They had an awesome photographer and the title company was great to work with too. It was pretty seamless. I would recommend this team as we saved a bundle working with them. As a former realtor myself, I knew what we would need to do to get the home in selling condition. (Declutter, updating, home staging etc, so I didn't need help with that.) However, they offered suggestions with this tif needed.
