Nancy and Todd are extremely professional and an experienced team. They provided market updates over the years as we urged my mother to move. They were knowledgeable about what should be done to prepare the property for sale and have contacts with a numbers of vendors with reasonable pricing to prepare the home for sale. They did a great job in estimating the value of the home without creating unrealistic expectations. They are very responsive to requests and questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
Amazing! I thought selling my dad's home would be a nightmare, built in 1955, but Nancy and Todd assured me I would not have to worry! They were right! They priced the home correctly for the condition and area, had a bidding war and the home sold way above asking price! Not to mention from listing day to close of escrow was about 6 weeks!!!! I found Nancy and Todd Moeller on Yelp! I primarily chose Nancy because of her CPA background. We sold a rental property in Downey and transferred the funds to purchase another rental home in Anaheim Hills. Todd and Nancy did a great job marketing the home. Beautiful flyers, internet advertising and for sale sign. They advised us on how to stage the home for the first open house and the home sold within a day! The sale went through very smoothly due to their professionalism and knowledge. They were a pleasure to work with as they are both very nice people. I highly recommend them!
