Tod was always responsive to my inquiries and requests. He went above and beyond my expectations on many of the requests. If he found a property or comparable he would let me know that there was something available that met what I was searching for at the time. My wife and I started looking for a home in Somerset about a year ago. Because of our age and several other considerations we needed a home not well represented in the market area. That, along with the very constrained market over the past couple of years made it very difficult to find the home we wanted. Our observation is that Tod maintains extensive knowledge of the market and stayed very current on houses as they became available. Throughout our long search we feel he kept us up to date on new postings and, more importantly, never lost enthusiasm for finding us the right home. He was always available on short notice and very positive in providing service. Service for the long run says a lot. Also, our relationship didn’t end with our purchase. He offered the use of his very nice enclosed trailer to move furniture from our rental to our new home.
