I met Toby quite by accident as she was showing an empty home to a client. I asked her if I might look after she was through. Long story short we ended up buying the home Apr. 2,2019. This was another broker's listing. That broker did nothing to facilitate the sale. Some brokers just can't stand anyone making a buck but them. Toby dragged this deal forward with the other broker kicking and screaming all the way to closing. This is the kind of broker you want on your side of the table. I have dealt with perhaps 30 to 35 brokers in my career. Sometimes you come across a really good one, like Toby; SHE is a keeper!!
