He found us great 3rd parties to use after our inspection report came back and made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. We were extremely happy with the sales price. Yes I'm biased since Toby is my husband but he's also my realtor and this was my first home-buying experience. Toby did a fantastic job of both literally and figuratively holding my hand through the process.
