We used TJ Theis to help us find a new home in Dripping Springs area and to sell our existing home and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, we met with several local agents to see who would be the best choice based on the how they fit our personality and their knowledge of the local market, how they promote their listings. We spoke with TJ and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info about the current market in the area. TJ made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should). After selecting a new home builder for our new home, starting from scratch, TJ negotiated the terms and was there every bumpy step along the way during the construction, working for us to resolve many issues. When we listed our house his hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing we had our first offer before it went on multiple listings, three by the end of the weekend. All the offers were what TJ had given us to expect, he hit the mark on the pricing. TJ made the process of selling easy and even negotiated terms for us to stay an extra 30 days after closing as we already had a long plan Europe vacation scheduled for the day after we closed. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor and he will be there for you whether selling or buying your home every step of the way.
