TJ is the best agent that we've dealt with during 50 years of home ownership and, in this case, selling a vacant subdivision lot. Very fast responses to our text and email questions. Because we live over 400 miles from the property, all the documents except the deed were e-signed, a process that TJ made easy for someone with minimal experience on that front.
