TJ Fry

TJ was a complete disaster! His Market analysts was a $50,000 range on a $400,000 home. Not even helpful and indicates a complete lack of understanding of what the market is for the area. Another analysis had 70 homes with an average of $350,000. When questioned about this he said “well some of these are older homes so they don’t really compare to your home” _ Then why are they on a Comparitive Market Analysis? Then my home was damaged during an open house and TJ tried to say I did it. I could go on and describe more problems. However I think you get the idea. Don’t waste your time here there are more knowledgeable and professional people you can hire.

TJ was awesome to work with. Our 22 year old son is moving to the Woodlands area upon graduation and we live in San Antonio so we have no knowledge of the area. TJ was very helpful finding areas within our son’s budget. And TJ worked great with him as a first time home buyer. TJ took the time to ensure that our son found the perfect house and was very accommodating to our schedule as we made several trips to the area. I would highly recommend TJ for your real estate needs.

TJ made selling our townhouse and buying our new home as easy as possible! He answered all our questions, and helped my husband and I worry less about all the changes taking place during the moving process.
