TJ not only helped me with the sale of my home but he also help me buy it two years prior. He insured everything was done properly and used outside resources when needed. The outside sources I mean were the professional photographer, supplied the name for somebody to wash the house, and also small carpentry work within. TJ also kept me up-to-date on all offers in a timely manner, even while I was traveling outside the area. His rapport with clients is one of the reasons why I asked him to help me sell the house. I remembered when I was going through the buying process I was still overseas and he did everything he could to help me during that process as well. Video walk throughs and lots of phones calls. If I were to buy in the FL area again, I would certainly ask for his assistance in that sale.

He went above and beyond to make sure our home was marketed competitively through multiple open houses, monthly market reports, and engaging buyers agents for feedback. While most other agents were still lazily riding the sellers market down, TJ was out doing the work to make sure our house sold within our time frame.

I'd never sold a home before and was dreading the prospect, but as soon as TJ got on board everything was super smooth and very quick. We did an 'AS IS' listing, rec'd multiple offers almost immediately and closed within 2 weeks.
