Great overall experience working with Tito. Moving from half way across the country has its own set of challenges, not to mention in a highly competitive environment. Tito was beyond gracious with his time and energy even after the closing. His communication was personable, timely, and clear. We felt Tito has a secure grasp on the local market and could guide us to well to finding a home that had everything we wanted and was a fair value.
