I paid more for Tisha's services and she was worth every dime. I had a difficult situation and needed to have the house under contract and sold by the end of the year 2017. The house showed well, however, she sold it for me with multiple offers before it hit MLS and closed on Dec 15, 2017. Tisha said what she would do and then made it happen.
