I was so scared buying my first home alone, but Tirzah's expertise and dedication to my needs and goals got me through the process. She guided me through the paperwork, vocabulary, what was normal, what to stress, and made it easy for me to navigate the inspections and due dates with my long work hours. She treated me and my tiny budget (and her minimal commission) like a queen and when things got tough, she worked long and fought hard to help me deal with difficult sellers and lenders. Tirzah is an amazing realtor! Buying a house for the first time is stressful. Add COVID restrictions to the process and it can be even more difficult. But Tirzah was on top of everything and made the entire process as smooth as possible. She is straightforward, reliable and supportive. Tirzah also had really great recommendations for lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc. I highly recommend Tirzah! She's also just a really nice person who is down to earth and has your best interests in mind.
