My Character best describes how I conduct business. I am honest, trustworthy, ethical and have high integrity. I always strive to do what's best for my clients. I believe that in assisting my clients and providing value, I fulfill my mission. Through clear and consistent communications, I allow my clients to be actively involved in their transactions. I treat my clients with respect, even if the honest truth may not be what they want to hear. I will always act with the utmost integrity, no matter the circumstances. Good isn’t good enough. By providing my clients with the highest level of service, I receive the privilege of getting referrals from my client's friends and family. I was born in Sao Jorge Island, Portugal. I was raised in California from the age of 7 years old. After spending a couple of years in Los Angeles, my family to San Jose. I began a career in electronics and found out that it wasn't for me. My wife encouraged me to look at the Real Estate industry, so I studied and received my DRE License in 2002. I have been an active Realtor® since December 2002. The first brokerage I worked for was Feagley Realtors® from Contra Costa area and specialize in East Bay Area homes. I then joined PMZ Real Estate in Merced. After a while I decided that I wanted to work for company that was looking out for my future, so I joined Coldwell Banker Gonella Realty. Coldwell Banker Gonella Realty, was sold to Century 21 Select, so I decided to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. While living in the Bay Area I lead a Spiritual On Recovery Ministry, called SOAR at Hilltop Community Church in Richmond Ca. I am a family man, with three children, two girls and one boy. I understand how important it is to instill great family values in our Children. My wife and I have a greater responsibility to provide our children with a good education and a solid understanding of who God is. We tell our children that God created us for a reason, and purpose. We believe one of the greatest purpose is to love God, and others all around us.

Tino and Diane ARE the dynamic duo!

Tino and Diane was wonderful to work with. They were both always helpful and honest. They always made time for us, answered any and all questions and got us a really great deal. Exceptional

We were new to the area, when we started. Tino has guided us through the various areas and their pros and cons clearly. He has been transparent and was very responsive. He got answers promptly and guided us through the entire process. I highly recommend Tino.

Tino is amazing! Very knowledgeable, hard working and kind!

Tino expertly guided me through the process of selling my parent's home. He listened carefully and learned about my financial goals and budget. He used this knowledge to expertly steer me through the process of preparing the home for sale, pricing it and managing the sale. The result was a quality house whose improvements aligned with my budget and resulted in a sale that met all my financial objectives. His assistance went even further. He was there every step of they way, carefully paying attention to the renovations/updates, managing contractors, and stepping in when I needed help (often before I asked for it). This kindness made a stressful process a lot easier and I never had to worry about timelines or work quality. His attention to detail to ensured high-standards at all levels.
