When other realtors persuaded me to NOT get a new construction, she was the total opposite which is the reason why I KNEW she was the ONE! She sought out locations, provided me with options for new constructions and resales weekly. She never got tired of me when I became discouraged. From the signage of the Purchase Agreement, to picking out options (that was the fun part), even throughout the respective build phases, Tinika kept in contact with builder concierge on the progress of my home. When we had the final walkthrough, her eye for detail took the lead. She noticed some of my options were not included, there was an issue with drywall, and the way the shingles were misplaced, she quickly jumped in and got those mishaps completed within 4 days of settlement!! Can you say WOW! OH and may I add she negotiated some “free” add-ons (for the inconvenience) to my lovely home 💜 She left no stone unturned. Every detail, every contract word was reviewed in detailed and explained to me so that I KNEW what I was agreeing to! If anyone thinks that a realtor is not needed/required for a new construction they are wrong!
