In past decade, I have bought and sold many properties in Western Washington including Seattle, Bellevue and Puyallup area. I worked with Terri for the very first time late 2019 / 2020 selling my property in Puyallup. She came highly recommended from a friend and I must say I was surprisingly impressed with her ethics and capability through out the entire process. Surprising because I am very selective with people I associate or work with and I was cautious in the beginning. I acquired her service shortly after our second meeting when she wowed me with her preparation. She had clear vision and strategy to list my property, again, detailed, with primary and and several contingent plans. I am familiar with challenges of selling expensive properties. She perfected all aspect needed to sell the property: inspection, repairs / prepping, staging, open house, showings, offer negotiations and final closing. She especially shines in her negotiation skills. The bottom line is that she will make it work and make it right. Even after the deal was closed, she made sure all the loose ends were tied and both buyer and me were pleased. That meticulous attention to details, together with her strong integrity, will take her far as a realtor.
