I could not possibly imagine buying a home without this wonderful woman. She knew EVERYTHING. Who to talk to, when to do what needed doing. She owns a contracting business so she knows houses. She'll tell you if that home you love will collapse in a year or two. She'll tell you when that roof will probably need repairing and she'll tell you how much the repair work will probably cost. She's honest and frank. She won't let you buy a money pit on her watch, not unless you specifically ask for one. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing. She helped us find the perfect house in our budget and she helped us find our mortgage lender to boot! I don't have enough room in this box! She negotiated our needs well. She made sure to be there at closing. She keeps in touch OFTEN. My husband and I had a group chat with her. And we will continuously go to that chat because we just love her!

There is no one better than Tina!! She was always on top of things and readily responded to all questions. If she didn't know the answer, she found it!! We worked with her as our realtor for months trying to find the right house and was rewarded with finding "our" home and meeting a wonderful person! She is definitely the realtor to have by your side!!
