We decided to put our home of 13 months on the market after in-depth discussions with Tina & Laura. We determined we could possibly net a very large return with the state of the current market. We priced it fair with the expectations of multiple offers. Within days we received an offer over asking price and were able to secure a contract on our current home. Our buyers were well qualified and closing was worry free. Our purchase on the other hand was challenging to say the least.
