If you are looking for a great agent, you need not look any further. Tina has been in the industry for over 20 years and her experience shows when she is looking at a property to sell. She came into my property and made a few suggestions to make my 25 year old home more appealing. We changed out a few lights, redid a floor and let her do her magic with her staging. She also made a few suggestions like having the windows professionally cleaned, which does not sound like a big deal, but all the agents who viewed the property, raved about how bright and cheery the property felt. I came in the next day and here she was oiling the wood work to give it that new fresh look. She is also very knowledgeable on what needs to be done to get the property approved by the mortgage company. She hired an inspector to come out and find things wrong, so we could have everything corrected by the time the mortgage inspector came out and did their walk through. All of her efforts really paid off. There is a report that we monitored and my property was always in the top ten percent of the homes being viewed on the web. We also had more showings (14) than other properties in the same price range. This information was helpful when making decisions. The last thing I really appreciated was her follow-through. After every showing I would either get a call or a text telling me how the showing the went. When it came to negotiating the final price she was spot on with what to expect and what we would need to do to get the contract signed. My listing took all of nine days to go under contract. Would I use her again.....ABSOLUTELY. Would I recommend her to my friends? Well here I am telling you, you won't find a better agent!!

She was always available to answer questions, and knew qualified people, agencies, reliable companies and individuals for necessary home repairs all necessary on a set personal timeframe required. My gut intuition and prayers were all answered. Although ​I now live in Italy, Tina always will be a treasured friend.

Tina is excellent at what she does! We started working with her during Covid and quickly realized it wasn't our time to buy. She completely understood and remained patient with us. Tina showed up on time and walked through the house. We told her we wanted a “As is” sale. She told us that was not a problem but a few things would help get full asking price. We had to have some work done and she knew who to call. She helped to get it arranged, let the numerous contractors in and made sure the job was done correctly and completely. We left town for vacation feeling very confident and comfortable knowing Tina was handling things. She communicated the contractors, the estate sale people and us. She called about the offers and went over them with us. We found out a lot about the different type of loans and that each one had different requirements that had to be met for someone to get the loan. I remember when I first talked to Tina I told her I didn’t want to paint I just wanted to put my place on the market as is. She sent me some pictures of a place she just put on the market and I didn’t think my house could ever look that good. But her team pulled it off and my house looked like a show house. Within a week and maybe a couple days I had contract and everything went very smooth. There were times I panicked but she was always right there talking me through any issue or crisis I thought I was having. If I was not in my forever home I would use Tina again.
