After leaving Colorado, then Iowa for my daughter, I decided to make my final stop in Florida for my choice of retirement home. I visited The Village in the summer of 2024 and was given Tina as a recommendation as a realtor. I called and she was quick and ready to help in any way she could, but I still was sure. She hooked me up with her website and took my style and started the search for me and sent me homes from Florida to my temporary residence in Iowa. I still wasn't sure, so I moved and rented for three months. All that time we looked at many homes and made several offers when she worded late to get them in only to not get excepted based on either cash offers or higher bids. I felt so bad for her working so hard for me while tying up her weekends and weekdays all while she still had other customers. Well Billie did a great job with my financing options and expand my options that I narrowed based on not knowing my options. Finally, we were looking and just didn't like what we were seeing until I mentioned a house we looked at in the beginning before I knew what I could actually afford.
