When you call she is very, very prompt in returning your call (even when she was out of town). She approaches the properties she is showing you like if she was the one looking to move. She took us around at different times of the day so we could get a feel of the areas we were looking at. This, combined with Tina's overall personality, makes you feel comfortable in relying on her expertise to assist you in finding your dream home. Tina St. Clair is a terrific agent in Lake County Florida where she helped us sell our home under somewhat difficult circumstances. She was always available for questions and answered calls consistently and quickly. This was very important to us living out of state. The buyers were also very pleased with Tina's help as they required additional time to finalize the loan agreement.
