I have done years of sales and customer service since I was 16 years old. I have lived in Brevard County since I was 10 and have watched this area grow exponentially and know the area well. I have also been a paralegal working for attorney's in the area for over 10 years and have worked with people selling homes during a difficult divorce as well as those who are struggling with a probate/trust transaction while selling a home or if a buyer needs the help to understand the transaction of purchasing a home with either of these types of transaction. I continue to take pride in all that I do when it comes to helping those who need an experience real estate agent to guide them through their real estate transaction.

Great Realtor, could not ask for better!!!

My experience working with Tina Spangler was absolutely great. Tina was very professional, efficient, courteous and provided advice through the entire process on a regular basis. I do not live in Florida and could not be more pleased with the service Tina provided to me in my absence. I, highly recommend her to ANYONE who is in need of a Realtor!
