We worked with Tina for nearly two years before choosing a property to buy. She was patient, never stopped sending over listings, and even responding to listings we found on our own. We said at the beginning that "eventually we'll find something and we'll buy it through you" and she believed us. In the end that's how it turned out. She helped us locate a mortgage lender and we had a painless 30 day escrow. Now we have our retirement place in Big Bear, fulfilling a decades-old dream. Well done Tina!
