She is very careful and was also very tenacious and steady in her dealings and assertiveness when the pressure was on for us in a super hot market.

Tina is great! Knows what she is doing and pays attention to every detail. She does a great job of listening to what you are looking for and finding the perfect fit no matter how long it will take. We worked with Tina for over 6 months trying to find a home. she was very helpful during the entire home buying experience and would walk us through each step. I would recommend using Tina she is an excellent realtor.

As a young home buyer after the housing market crash, the whole process was very overwhelming and draining. I had received information from several realtors and listings, and struggled to make sense of it all. When I started working with Tina she made life SIMPLE. Showings were not 15 properties on a Saturday where everything blends together, they were 3-4 houses tops with very specific criteria that Tina selected. Tina was very up-beat, responsive, and encouraging (always with a chilled bottle of water or snack available in her car/office), which made the whole process fun. During the showings she would be taking notes and asking several questions with-out pushing her own opinion. She would then show us a few more homes the following week after further refining our criteria. Finally, when it was time to pull the trigger, she was instrumental in guiding us through the purchasing/negotiation process, while offering advice and resources. I would absolutely recommend Tina with-out reservation, and if I decide to get a second/rental property in the Twin Cities, will happily be going through her again.

My son was buying his first house. He thought he knew what he wanted but really didn't have a clear picture. Tina started with showing areas and types of houses, each time narrowing in on what was important to my son and his lifestyle. What he found was that location was his number one criteria. Tina finally showed him an old broken down house, but on a great double lot in the location he wanted. It was a foreclosure. She helped negotiate with the bank and sealed the deal. My son tore down the old house, built his dream home, made a fantastic investment and loves his house. I recommend Tina all the time to other people who love her knowledge, easy style, and great results as much as our family.
