We interviewed four people and after the interviews, my wife and I rated each person and both of us came to the same conclusion that Tina Perry was the best choice. We thought her market analysis was the best, her presentation was the most professional and we both felt she would represent us the best. We wanted to wait and list for a spring sale, but she encouraged us not to wait, but to go ahead and list in January, backing it up with her reasons as to why. We went ahead and listed in January as she advised, and almost one month to the day, had an offer and we went through closing in just under a month after the offer. All this this after having listing previously with another agency, who after almost 90 days couldn't produce an offer, much less a sale. We were going to be out of state, and that was our primary reason for wanting to wait, but Tina was able to make everything happen, even though we were gone, and she kept in constant communications with us by lettings know the results from showings.
