Tina Paras

She represented as my buyer's realtor through out the deal. She is a tough Negotiator and a hard asss, which is like a coin that has both good side and bad side. I have tried 2 realtors before Tina. To me, Negotiation skills mean everything for a realtor, and you and your realtor should be as the same type of personality in order to maximum your advantages while buying a house, otherwise things will just go downhill against you. If you are looking for a realtor that could get right down to the heart of the matter, go hire Tina. Because she kicks asss.

My wife and I were looking for our home and started working with Tina Paras at Coldwell Bankers Northbrook. From day one Tina was so attentive, patient, and beyond knowledgeable to our needs, and walked us through the entire process. I can't say enough great things about Tina and the hard work she put in to help us find our new home. She gave us great advice and helped us look through the properties we visited making sure we didn't miss a thing! Tina never tried to rush through a property visit. We never felt pressured by Tina at anytime during the process. What we appreciated most about working with Tina is she was always honest, straight forward, and had our best interest at heart. She never tried to steer us toward anything outside of our taste preference or price range, made sure we understood the pros and cons of the homes and neighborhoods we expressed the most interest in. Tina provided exceptional negotiating when it came time to make an offer. Most importantly, she is a genuine and honest person who strives to work for you. I'll recommend her to anybody and hope to continue working with her in the future.

I would recommend Tina Paras to everyone I know that is in the market to buy or sell. She doesn't hide things that she may notice, she would rather bring it up and put it out there for your knowledge. She treats you like family and is always in contact with you. I found a place and she was there every step of the way. She will be honest and forth coming with any and all information to ensure you are well educated on the process and there to answer any questions too!
