My partner and I have purchased multiple properties over the years. We’ve worked with several realtors, but none have ever come close to the level of expertise and professionalism we experienced while working with Tina Morkert. Tina was our agent for two purchases and one sale, and ultimately worked to get us into our dream retirement property. She is dedicated to her sellers and buyers, and is never out to simply make a sale. Our last property purchase was complicated and required a lot of time and effort to close (10 months). I have known Tina for ten years as a real estate agent, neighbor and friend. Tina grew up in this area and has extensive knowledge regarding most anything a prospective buyer or seller would need or want to know. She knows the land, the people and understands the culture in this rural area. Through Tina, my partner and I were able to find a beautiful wooded 2.6 acre lot next to a National Forest.
