Sheesh where do I begin? I dont think anything I write will be able to describe the experience we had working with Tina on buying my 2nd home. Well I'll start from the top. I was referred to Tina when I asked a friend, "well known" in the Atlanta area for an agent. I lived out of state and needed someone I could depend on. She referred me to Tina and every expectation was exceeded. I lived out of town and Tina was my eyes and ears. She traveled from one side of GA to the next for us. She was a creative thinker and worked miracles on my two deals. She listened to what I wanted and one main thing I wanted was a foyer that would make people say, "Aahhh!" when they walked in. She would look at a house and say, "nope, I didnt say AAHHH!" The house we finally closed on had EVERYTHING we asked for...especially the AAHHH!! She was so responsive, patient and kind and became a friend through the process. At our closing she gave us a special gift...something we were talking about at the closing table that the sellers had in the house and that I too wanted. Little did I know it was sitting in a bag waiting for me to close...such a blessing. The whole process was seamless. All I did was follow her direction. I have a very demanding job and trusted Tina to think through everything for me...which she did. I would have blown a whole gasket without her. I would recommend her from here to the moon.
