Signed the paperwork with Tina on Wednesday. Before the house was listed anywhere, Tina found perspective buyers in-house. Showed the house this morning (Saturday). Had an offer at full asking price by dinner. And the buyers were kind enough to adjust the closing date to match my PCS move date. I was stressed about how this would go. I’ve heard so many horror stories about selling a home and this was my first time selling. I can’t imagine I will ever find as good a realtor as Tina in the years to come. Very much appreciated!!! Now I can focus on not being homeless when I get to Washington. What a relief. Did I mention commission was only 3%? Again, amazing.

Tina was very thorough, prompt, and experienced helping us close in 10 days. She worked the issues making it easy for me an out of state buyer to rely on her as my eyes and ears. Would highly recommend. Darryl
