Tina knew everything, from all the other local realtors to recent sales and even upcoming not on the market yet properties due to her connections in her field. I've dealt with several other realtors and not one compared to her and her expertise. She took her time with me and showed me so many properties, even the ones she knew I wouldn't like but I wanted to see anyway. The market was crazy and houses were selling above asking soon as they went up. She was so patient with me knowing this was my first big purchase in a while. I found my dream home after looking for almost a year. She spotted it being staged for photos before it even went on the market.
