I hired Tina to sell my house that I had already moved out of. She hired a professional photographer at her expense, to ensure the house was shown in the best possible light. Since I no longer lived in the area, she keeped me updated as to the condition of the house. A few times before a showing she pulled a bag or two of weeds from the front bed sections that my landscaper had not keeped up with. She was also able to make a few recommendations for new trustworthy landscapers. After open houses she would vacuum so that next time it would be shown it would be ready. After we had a contract on the house, the inspector said one window would not open, and Tina had her husband look at it and he was able to fix the problem. Tina has an eye on the details that got my house sold while saving me time and money in training back to the house. I would strongly recommend her.

Tina is very helpful with all aspects of purchasing or selling a home. She has done both for us an we couldn't be happier with her. She always either answers her phone or gets back to you as soon as she can. If you have questions she answers them or finds out if she doesn't know.
