I was with an agent who did not do his homework and cost me a few deals and two years of my time. I had the final deal fall through because he didn’t check the property specs and what I’d be able to finance. It took me 2 years to get the nerve to try again. Well, the very first thing on my needs list was a garage then 2 bath, single family, two bedroom at least, low HOA, near a path and park, fireplace, quiet area and close to work. She nailed EVERY SINGLE ONE! I was ecstatic to offer on my dream home. She put together a strong offer and it was accepted immediately. There were a few issues come up but she saw them coming and dealt with everything. We didn’t miss a single deadline and it didn’t cost me extra. She did a fantastic job and was very professional. She has even helped me with questions after the sale. She goes above and beyond routinely. It’s her way of working that impressed me. I wish I could buy more houses now.
