10 STARS! Tina is the type of professional that you'd want with listing your home. She went above and beyond for me. Going so far as to come to my townhouse and help with anything that was listed after the inspection. She'll even bring her own beautiful things to stage your home as mine was empty. She advised me as to how to get the most from the sale of my house and once it was listed, I had 4 to 5 people interested in the very first 24 hours after listing, 2 offers immediately after, then a 3rd. I was absolutely impressed, thrilled and felt more positive and comfortable having Tina as my agent and friend. The experience was excellent!
