Going so far as to come to my townhouse and help with anything that was listed after the inspection. She'll even bring her own beautiful things to stage your home as mine was empty. She advised me as to how to get the most from the sale of my house and once it was listed, I had 4 to 5 people interested in the very first 24 hours after listing, 2 offers immediately after, then a 3rd. I was so incredibly lucky to get Tina. She was always available, and I was looking for a house during the holidays. She made sure I received listings in my price range in my email. We searched several houses in town and out of town and she never treated us badly because the homes were not the right one. From the beginning she took me to houses that I was interested in, just something inside me kept from putting in an offer. One day she called and told me she had the perfect house for me. Well later that day I looked at the house, and she was right, it was perfect. I put in an offer immediately, and got the house.
