The first time I met Tina I knew she was going to be my agent to buy and sell. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and quick to give you an answer it when you have a question she gets it done. I made a friend in Tina.

Tina is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. Every question we had for her she knew and got us answers right away. She was always very good about getting back to us in a timely manner and flexible schedule with getting us showings on homes.

Tina Landis exceeded my expectations. She is highly knowledgeable about the market, very professional, and exceptionally responsive. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she consistently went above and beyond to support me throughout the home-buying process.

I would love to review Tina. My mom was selling her house and I gave my mom - Tina’s name. I knew Tina back in high school so we go back a few years. And I prefer to give business to people, I know.. I knew that Tina is a girl with a lot of energy and a huge go-getter. I had no idea she would be perfect for this sale. My mom had a septic system in her yard. The buyer which came on literally day one, waved a house inspection, but wanted the septic inspection. (My mom had no idea there was an issue with her septic system- needed replaced - which if they had stayed living in that house they would’ve had to do anyway eventually )Smart on their part, but they had been through something similar before. Tina was so professional and knew all the people and knew everything needed to be done (and it was a lot). anything she didn’t know she came back to watch and to learn. This was a months long ongoing process. Ups and downs…but she worked tirelessly…even paying with her own money for a certain inspection that needed to be done. It may have been a second opinion. I was less involved, so not completely sure… but she just went over and beyond in my opinion… I would use her and recommend her again and again. My mom was thrilled to have used her and thinks of Tina now as a friend.
