Tina Kulp did an amazing job with the sale of a home during the difficult circumstances of a divorce. She was able to be a mediator on top of all of the realtor duties she was on top of the whole time. As well as communicating important information to two separate parties. She was able to get us the best possible solution during stressful times. Afterwords she was able to help me on my end of a smooth purchase of my new home. I’ve worked with Tina on the purchase and sale of multiple homes and she has exceeded my expectations every time. Highly recommend and very appreciative.
