We came out to JAX late summer to see if we liked it so we could move out here. Tina was so great right from the start! She showed us so many houses and was patient with us. We had high expectations for a house and she really listened to both my husband and my wants/needs. We ended up under contract before we left back home! We were excited but apprehensive as we lived on the West Coast. She kept us informed every step of the way with inspections, the appraisal process etc. Closing went smooth and we moved into our new home at the beginning of December. We feel fortunate to have worked with Tina and we will definitely be using her in any future real estate needs.

Tina did a great job getting the house listed and coordinating visits by potential buyers. All the paperwork was completed efficiently and the house sold fairly quickly. The only criticism is that the lines of communication fell short a couple of times.
