We had a "fixer upper" house and had some forebodings about putting it on the market. Tina Houston helped us every step of the way to prepare it to sell. She gave us a low cost plan for what to fix and what not to fix which made it marketable and showed it off to its full potential. She not only gave us the plan...she helped us execute the plan by referring us to contractors and even helped us coordinate with the contractors. We had so many decisions to make and so little time to get the work done but she was totally engaged and accessible every step of the way. We felt like we were her only clients even though we know she had multiple clients. She had the house beautifully photographed and strategically priced the house to the low end of the range so we could attract multiple offers. We ended up having 70+ people tour the house over the first three days and getting 17 offers. We ended up accepting an offer and closing at 12.6% over list price. We will recommend Tina to everyone we know who is considering selling their house.
