Tina was really easy to work with. She always replied to our text messages promptly and even answered our calls. She was really knowledgeable in helping us with our first time buying a home about things pertaining to weather or not the loan would approve the home. We would give her a 10 star if it allowed.

We interviewed Tina (along with another agent) after doing an internet search "Top real estate agent Livingston County". We got what we were looking for. Tina answered the phone while on vacation, on a fishing boat 1500 miles away, and almost immediately began running comps, etc. Within 48 hours she had compiled gobs of information and what we should list it for and why, which was more that what we ourselves had come up with and ended up getting more that we even hoped for. The whole selling process went much smoother than i've ever experienced (have had maybe 10 give or take real estate transactions as both buyer and seller). We met a few times in person & largely shared info / kept in touch via text and email. This was great as there is no time taken away to have to meet for small stuff. Tina immediately relayed Information, answered questions asked within seconds, all while in concise direction on what to do, how to do it, etc. In just a few words of summary, I would say -- she knows her stuff!
