Well connected, efficient negotiator

Tina herself is a gem - she has an incredible knowledge for all things real estate. In addition, she has a wealth of knowledgeable contractors/vendors in a multitude home needs. She was a very efficient communicator who was able to schedule and maintain multiple quotes while the home was still being occupied, and then again when it came time for negotiations.
