When my husband and I decided to finally pull the trigger and buy a home after years of moving from state to state, we barely knew where to begin. Tina was such a great resource from the beginning to the very end, even after closing! Tina helped me realize what I wanted in a house and where I wanted to live through weeks of showings in Naples and Bonita Springs. When I began to feel discouraged, she always made me feel better by telling me that our house was out there, we just had to be patient. Tina never rushed or pressured us. She was very laid back in addition to being knowledgeable and thorough, and I really can’t imagine a better realtor to shepherd a buyer through the process. My husband is a judge by trade and a cynical pessimist by nature, but she made even him feel at ease and confident in her professional expertise. Of course, she was exactly right about finding our house. During the period after our offer was accepted and before closing, she and her transaction coordinator organized everything and kept a detailed schedule so we always knew what the next steps were. Basically, Tina is a knowledgeable and an experienced realtor and a delight to work with. She’s the trifecta, really.

She is knowledgeable and gave us good advice. She assisted us in obtaining estimates for home repairs and making concessions to the buyers. She acts in the best interests of her sellers when dealing with her clients. She paid for the garage door painting when the buyer’s agent pushed the painting at he very last minute. She kept us informed of everything from listing through closing. She is professional as well as sweet, funny and courteous. I would recommend her to everyone.
