Tina Garrison did a fantastic job representing me as my realtor. She looked out for my best interest, kept me informed, and made me feel very comfortable during the purchase process. I highly recommend Tina for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
Tina was an amazing agent to work with! She was always available and ready to answer questions or handle situations that came up. She made selling our home easy.
ina was amazing to work with! She wasn’t just a realtor — she felt like a caring mom through the whole process. She was always there to answer my questions, calm my nerves, and give honest, helpful advice. I always felt like she genuinely cared about me and wanted the best for me. I’m so grateful I had her by my side. If you’re looking for someone who’s kind, patient, and truly has your back, Tina’s the one!
Tina went above and beyond for us in so many ways. She worked with the seller of our home’s agent so closely and in such a positive way- sharing so much wisdom along the way. Her expertise and poise can’t be beat! We are so very grateful for her guidance and support through the purchase of our home. Thank you Tina for an OUTSTANDING JOB!
Tina was amazing, super knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, explained the whole process step by step, and it was really smooth. Very professional and fast communication.
This was the fourth time that we have used Tina with selling and/or purchasing a home or property. She is very attentive, listens to our wishes and communicates all steps along the way! We recommend her for the selling or purchasing of properties and homes! Thank you Tina!

Tina has been my agent on 3 separate occasions. Always professional, VERY knowledgeable, responds back to you almost immediately and takes care of all the details, I completely trust her which means I don’t have to worry. Amazing Agent!
Tina did an amazing job helping us buy our house! We were first time home buyers so she was patient and always explained everything along the way. Very informative and did a great job negotiating for us. She put in extra effort and always made sure the next step was taken care of during the buying process. She is honest, trustworthy, and responds immediately to texts and phone calls. Would definitely use her again to find a home!
Tina was recommended to me from a mutual friend and the minute I met her, I was completely confident in her ability to sell my property. Greatest and Easiest Sale Ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND REMAX AND TINA in particular👀. Everything she told me happened exactly as she said it would. A++++++
To be completely transparent, Tina was not only my Realtor, she is a dear friend and was my next-door neighbor. But let me be clear: A house is my largest asset and I would not trust the sale of it to just anyone, not even a friend and neighbor. But in this case, I saw Tina as a Realtor first. Over the years, I have watched her success grow. I have seen up close how hard she works for her clients with a warm smile of satisfaction on her face. She is thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, and even tough when she needs to be. She has one goal in mind and that's to give her clients what they want: a successful buying and selling process. Before listing our home, Tina gave it to us straight on what we needed to do to make our home more marketable, and we took action. We followed her pricing strategy as well and came out ahead. Our house went on the market on a Thursday at 10 a.m. and by noon we had our first showing, and by dinner that evening we had our first offer. By Monday, we had multiple offers to consider and we accepted one. We sold above asking and it was the smoothest selling experience we have ever had! Tina is the best of the best and we would highly recommend her for sellers and buyers alike. Thank you, Tina for all of your hard work! We couldn't be more pleased (except that we will miss you so much as a neighbor)!
