Simply, smartly the best!!!

Tina Fanelli-Moraccini is simply the best real estate agent – and we’ve met many agents in several cities across the country! She quickly zoomed in on exactly what we wanted: a home with cool open spaces, interesting non-cookie-cutter architecture, sunshine everywhere, magnificent views and 2 acres of land to call our own. An up-to-date, top-of-the-line stainless steel outfitted kitchen with wine cooler. A glass-enclosed master shower and spacious bedroom. Fireplaces in every major room. All at a reasonable price. Not too much to ask, right? Not for Tina. She introduced us to a unique equestrian community called Bell Canyon with riding paths that wend throughout the canyon. A beautiful new home with everything but a horse!! And… it’s truly a community with events for kids and grownups. A private fitness club down the street. A security gated guard house with humans checking every visitor. And a quick drive to the high-school… shopping… and dining. And here’s the consummate real estate pro: Tina helped us negotiate a fair price, walked us through the financing and deed process – all in a matter of weeks. Tina even stocked the wine cooler and helped arrange our house warming party. She handled everything simply and with a smile… but still no horse :) 
