Was not to impressed. Had to do a lot of leg work myself, as far as letting in inspectors to review home and taking picture of water heater to suffice bank. I thought that was realtors job..... Also the title company you use are not reliable. When I went for the closing I was told there will be no check cut today you will have to wait till next week for payment. I immediately refused to close and closing was delayed. Again the following week I was told no money. FIRST AMERICAN TITLE are scam artists. I will testify in court to that!!!!
