The moment after meeting Tina we instantly knew we wanted to work with her. She worked late to find the information needed to make the very important decision of a lifetime and went even further to find information that we weren't even thinking of or exactly needing. She wanted you to have every bit of information of the house. I work nights and day on flip flop and she was 100% accommodating to whichever end I was landing on. She helped us land better financial terms becuase original lender was making the deal go sour. It was during the goverment shutdown so maybe they were under certain rules. Anyway Tina met with my family and I completely went over everything and began calling everyone to help us. Im glad I did I called out from work to meet with her financial person and all I basically need to say its all she wrote. She is personal more than I can ever explain my kids loved being around her. She has a lifelong friend from all of us. If this is seen by future homebuyers she should be 100% at least your top 3 to meet and get to know. I think there isn't anyone else but everyone wants to get a feel for who their working with and if there is a possibility of someone else. If its her employer if I did real estate id want to have her passion about the homebuying experience. Tina is THE real estate agent not A real estate agent.
