Tina assisted with the sale of our home of 37 years and the purchase of our current home. She went above and beyond in helping us prepare our home for sale by hiring an excellent inspector to suggest repairs and a skilled photographer, resulting in first-day offers at higher prices than we expected. Constant communication enabled a smooth escrow in spite of some buyer issues. Tina also worked hard on the purchase of our current home, showing us many listings on short notice and coordinating our closings for a timely move.
