I worked with Tina and her associate Kathy to purchase my condo in Boston and they were a delight to work with. They showed me the perfect condo, and even though they upsold me, I am happy they did because it’s my dream home. We had a number of unique requirements because we also needed space for an aging family member to join us, wanted to keep within the same community and schools, and be close to town and commuting. My only wish is that I had asked her for help earlier in the process. We looked for a while on our own and were getting nowhere, she learned our requirements, found homes that worked, and helped us to finalize the sale. Since moving into our new home there have been several times when we've stopped and reflected on how she helped us to find our place and fortunate we were to have her on our side.
