Tina Airey

Working with Tina was a smooth and easy (great) experience. We kept our eye on the market for quite some time and there was never any pressure to make a purchase. Her goal was to make sure we got the home we wanted at the price point we wanted, even though we changed our mind as we searched. She always encouraged us to ask a lot of questions, be comfortable in the value/price that we were getting and of course, to be 100% sure with moving forward. Tina was very knowledgeable with regards to the market, came up with great solutions to any minor issues and did a great job of negotiating on our behalf. Throughout the process, she kept me in the loop, made sure I was keeping on track to close in a timely manner and went the extra mile to be sure that we had covered everything necessary to make it a smooth transaction.
