Tim is no doubt the best real estate agent that we have dealt with. Tim was our agent for both the purchase of our IRB condo and the sale of our Redington Beach property. He was very knowledgeable about the current market conditions and priced our unit appropriately. Tim was very effective at keeping us informed. When four sales fell through because of financing issues we were promptly informed and then Tim quickly resisted the property. Through Tim’s hard work our 5th sale was completed successfully.
